There were over 30 awards (which sounds a lot), but the night had an energy and joy that was truly off the chart! Including a lifetime achievement award for Jen Fisher who is a delight! In a world where awards evenings can be dry, long (and let's face it a bit dull) this was the opposite and I left with a happy heart knowing there is so much good happening in the world... and that a KFC hat nearly won the whole night (if you know you know😂) Fabulous to see some old friends - I'm already looking forward to next year.

  • Sometimes, you hear something just when you need it. On Thursday at the InsideOut Awards Summit, I listened to a fireside chat with Jen Fisher. Among her many insights about workplace wellbeing, one thing directly spoke to me: Her SUMMER OF SLOW. She talked about slowing down for the summer to prioritise self-care and reflection, after leaving her longstanding role at Deloitte.
